I need help drafting a business contract. The contract can be written for any business transaction, deal, etc of your choice. Examples: buy or sell a car, lease professional space, sell electronics etc. Address these four items in your contract:
– Offer and Acceptance, Consideration, Capacity and Legality.
– Write the title, “Offer and Acceptance” where you believe you’ve addressed “Offer and Acceptance”
– Write “Consideration” where you believe you’ve addressed consideration
– Write “Capacity” where you believe you’ve addressed legal capacity
– Write “Legality” where you believe you’ve addressed legality
